medExpress has a real time digital service giving us the advantage of speeding up the processes and avoiding unnecessary paper work.
Our telephone operators will ask you for your insurance, such as:

1. Travel insurance included in your holiday package
2. Travel insurance that you may have purchased on the internet
3. Insurance on your credit card
4. Home insurance
5. Other

Having your policy scheme with you would help the process of us submitting a claim towards your insurance, if you do not have your policy scheme with you we will assist you in finding it.

However some policies do require the patient to pay for their treatment and make a claim upon there return home, in this case we will make sure that you have all the appropriate paper work from MedExpress in order to submit your claim successfully.

If further treatment is required beyond the doctors consultation at the hotel our operators will be informed by the doctor and MedExpress will then liaise with your insurance company in order to further treatment approved.
